Order Inspection

Please note that inspection of your order with the courier upon delivery is not available.

Exchange Policy

• You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
• To request an exchange, simply send us a DM, and our team will assist you with your request.
• You may exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
• Exchange Fee: EGP 90.
• The exchange process is completed within 3 business days.
• Our courier will collect the original item and deliver the replacement item during the same visit.

Return Policy

• You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Return Fee: EGP 100.
• The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
• If approved, your refund will be sent via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, based on your preferred payment method.
